Now that school is back in session there are lots of commitments; baseball practice, cheerleading, many churches that take the summer off are back to Wednesday night activities, the list goes on. Meal planning is a great way to stay focused on eating healthy (let’s face it; just about anything you make at home is more nutritious than fast food), keeping within budget and not panicking when 5 o’clock rolls around.
Stephanie, Keeper of the Home, is doing a great challenge on meal planning. Plan it – Don’t Panic is a 6-week meal planning challenge designed to inspire you to start meal planning, revamp your current planning, gain new recipes and network with other women (and men) who meal plan for their families.
If you’re an aspiring Real Foodie or even if you’re not a Real Foodie, meal planning is a great way to begin incorporating healthier ideas into your meals and it really does help the budget.
I look forward to seeing you in the challenge group which is available via Facebook or Twitter.
Until Next Time,
